SilverDoor provides access to many serviced apartment properties worldwide and cannot guarantee that every single facility or amenity shown as an available option for any particular property will be included free of charge within the standard rate for that property. For instance parking facilities and childminding facilites are not usually free. SilverDoor is committed to ensuring that all clients are fully informed of all potential costs before a reservation is confirmed.
SilverDoor is unable to guarantee that stays of less than three nights will be available to private and leisure clients at any property, subject to those properties own minimum stay rules. Stays of less than three nights at any property with a minimum stay of one night may be available to SilverDoor corporate clients by prior arrangement only.
