Weather

Bangkok has an incredibly warm and humid climate. With highs of 35 degrees in spring and lows of 22 degrees in the winter, many people travel over to Thailand for hot sunny holidays. When on business you should be ready to pack plenty of shirts and spare clothing due to its extremely hot climate. However, between the months of May and November, Bangkok enters its rainy season which can result in extremely sudden downpours of torrential rain.

Cuisine

Bangkok has some excellent choices of food. Chatuchak Weekend Market is a market with over 8000 stalls and sells anything from furniture to pets.

The former home to the Thai king, The Grand Palace boasts gorgeous rooms and walls full of vibrant décor. One of Thailand’s most visited and well known landmarks, The Grand palace has many Buddhist statues and sculptures. A visit to this national landmark is both educating and inspiring, as it gives a brilliant representation on how Buddhism is engrained in Thailand’s culture.  Further, the Thai Royal family is massively worshipped.
