There are studios and one bedroom apartments available. Both types of apartment come with a kitchenette and tea and coffee making facilities. Beirut

Beirut is Lebanon’s capital and its largest city. With a history going back more than 5,000 years, it’s one of the most religiously diverse cities in the Middle East and its varied cultural influences have given it a cosmopolitan and lively atmosphere.

Beirut has bus connections to other cities in Lebanon and major cities in Syria. The renovated Raific Hariri International Airport is north of the city and most international airlines operate flights there. Anyone staying in one of the serviced apartments Beirut has to offer will find it easiest to get around by taxi – driving can be difficult. As the city is quite compact it's also easy to get around is on foot.

Central Beirut is beside the port and marina. It has many cafes, restaurants and places to shop, including many high-end designer stores. The inner area around the recently renovated Nejmeh Square is pedestrian-only.

Beirut enjoys a Mediterranean climate. From April to June the days are long and dry with cool evenings; temperatures are around 21°C. Temperatures in July and August rise to around 30°C and humidity can be very high – air conditioning is a must. December to February are the wettest months so make sure you pack a good coat and an umbrella.

Beirut is very culturally diverse and is therefore multilingual. Arabic is the official language but French and English are widely spoken. Shop signs are in both English and French but road signs are in Arabic and French.
