How do we rate?

The Arc Apartments offer modern accommodation in central Birmingham and are situated next to the Arcadian Shopping Centre, close to China Town.

Ideal as short-term business travel accommodation, guests are only a few minutes walk from a nearby railway station for convenient access to the rest of the city. The surrounding area also has a great selection of lively nightlife, restaurants, shops and retailers.

Each open-plan apartment is furnished to a high standard and guests will enjoy a concierge service, complimentary wired broadband and on-site parking.

A welcome pack is provided on arrival, and the apartments are cleaned on a weekly basis with a change of linens and bath towels.

NB. On-site parking (GBP 10 per night) is limited so please advise at time of booking if a space is required.

Birmingham

Birmingham in the West Midlands is widely considered to be the UK's second city. Its reputation was forged as a powerhouse of the Industrial Revolution, which led to Birmingham being known as the ‘workshop of the world’ and the ‘city of a thousand trades’.

Although Birmingham grew to prominence as a manufacturing and engineering centre, today it is a major financial and administrative centre. The city's central business district has the largest concentration of administrative and private sector office-based employment in England outside Central London.

The city centre has undergone extensive regeneration in recent years, most notably at the Bullring shopping complex with its chic Selfridges department store. Pleasant daytime shopping is also available at Brindley Place, a canal side restoration project close to the city centre. Broad Street is the city's nightlife hub with a vast array of smart bars, gourmet restaurants and lively nightclubs.

Birmingham New Street station offers direct inter-city rail connections to all parts of the UK including London Euston. Birmingham International Airport is 6 miles south east of the city centre. The majority of the serviced apartments Birmingham has to offer are near transport links of some kind.

Directions from Birmingham International Airport

Head northeast on Trident Rd toward Comet Road. Turn left at Comet Road, Comet Road turns slightly right and becomes Herald Road, continue onto Vanguard Road. Take a slight right to stay on Vanguard Road then at the roundabout, take the 1st exit onto Airport Way. At the roundabout, take the 1st exit and stay on Airport Way. At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto Bickenhill Lane. At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit and stay on Bickenhill Lane. At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto the Coventry Road and merge onto Coventry Road. Continue to follow A45, go through 2 roundabouts. At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto Coventry Road then take a slight right at High Street Bordesley. Continue to follow B4100 until it turns slightly right and becomes Moat Lane, turn left at Upper Dean Street. Turn right at Ladywell Walk, turn right at Hurst Street, and continue onto Hill Street. Turn left at Station Street and take the 1st left onto St Judes Passage. Sharp right, the destination will be on the left.
