Guests have a good choice of shopping available nearby within the town centre, from independent stores to high street retailers and a wide range of bars, pubs and restaurants.

The contemporary apartments include very modern facilities and tasteful, high quality furnishings and decoration beneath a classically styled exterior.

Kitchens have a full range of appliances and the master bedroom includes an en-suite bathroom. guests will also benefit from allocated parking as well as a communal garden area.

Fleet

Fleet is situated in the north-east corner of Hampshire, near the M3 motorway and is surrounded by small thriving towns and many parishes of unspoiled villages and pretty hamlets.

Basingstoke Canal runs through the area and passes within a few hundred feet of the remaining flint-constructed keep of King John's Castle at Odiham. It was from the site of Odiham Castle that King John set off to pen the Magna Carta at Runnymede in 1215.

Yateley Common Country Park contains nearly 500 acres of heath land and attractive Fleet Pond is the largest lake in Hampshire and a popular haunt of wildfowl.

With its ease of access, rural and historic heritage, enchanting villages and wide open spaces, Fleet and the surrounding villages are ideal to explore at any time of the year.
