The Swan Apartments are located in the town of Leatherhead, a successful business centre, historic market town and gateway to the beautiful Surrey Hills.

The neat and modern serviced apartments are located just off the high street next to a landscaped courtyard and are five minutes from the mainline railway station which offers services to London Victoria, Waterloo and London Bridge.

Housed in a recently built development of residential flats, these fully furnished one and two bedroom apartments enjoy underground parking and a high level of security.

Each contemporary apartment also includes a fully equipped kitchen with a range of appliances, comfortable furnishings in the living areas, modern bathrooms and most of the apartments have either a balcony or terrace.

Leatherhead

Leatherhead is a small town in Surrey off J9 of the M25 motorway, south of London. It is a successful business centre, historic market town and gateway to the beautiful Surrey Hills. The Leatherhead area consists of several communities, there is the town centre itself and the vibrant villages of Ashtead, Fetcham and Bookham.

As well as the attractions that Leatherhead has to offer:- the pedestrianised shopping precinct, Leatherhead Leisure Centre, Leatherhead Golf Club, the museum and Leatherhead Theatre, there is plenty to do in the surrounding area including Chessington World of Adventures, Brocketts Farm and Box Hill plus a choice of guided walks taking in picturesque villages and historic houses.

Leatherhead is served by Leatherhead train station with regular trains to London Waterloo, London Victoria and Wimbledon. Gatwick airport is approximately 12 miles away.
