How do we rate?

These Cambridge serviced apartments are housed within a modern residential building, located close to the various leisure and entertainment options in the redeveloped Cattle Market site. The area has undergone a massive transformation and now boasts a multi-screen cinema, health club and several restaurants. Cambridge railway station is just a ten minute walk away.

These contemporary apartments comprise two double bedrooms (twin bed option in second bedroom if preferred), a separate main bathroom, fully equipped kitchen with a range of modern appliances including a dishwasher and washer/dryer, and a spacious and comfortable living/dining room.

Features include a widescreen TV with a DVD and CD player in the sitting room, a TV and DVD player in the main bedroom, and a study area with desk, free broadband internet and fax machine. An allocated underground parking is available for one car.

NB. The minimum stay at these apartments is two days.

Cambridge

Cambridge, approximately 50 miles (80km) northeast of London, is best known for its university, which includes the renowned Cavendish Laboratory, King's College Chapel, and the Cambridge University Library.

Drawing on its links with the university, Cambridge today has growth in high tech businesses and science parks around the city. Such companies include Acorn Computers and Sinclair.

As a university town lying on fairly flat ground and with traffic congestion, Cambridge has a large number of cyclists. Many residents prefer cycling to driving in the narrow, busy streets, giving the city the highest level of cycle use in the UK. The central streets are full of interesting shops and cafes with the modern Grafton Centre catering for all mainstream retailers.

The nearest airport is London Stansted, about 25 miles south of Cambridge on the M11 motorway. Trains run hourly from under the terminal to Cambridge station which is about 1 mile south-east of the town centre.
