Twickenham

Twickenham lies on the south bank of the River Thames, six miles east of Heathrow airport. The M25 motorway is easily reachable via the nearby M4 and there 12 trains per hour between Twickenham mainline train station and London Waterloo.

Twickenham is best known as the home of Twickenham Stadium - the headquarters of the Rugby Football Union. The stadium has encouraged the growth of a large number of smart pubs and eateries in the area. Twickenham is also notable for its arts heritage and is the home of the Royal Military School of Music at Kneller Hall.
