The Gate serviced apartments in Guildford are housed within a development of one, two and three bedroom apartments and penthouses, located at the top of historic Guildford High Street.

Guildford mainline train station is a only a three minute walk away for those looking to travel into London, and the town's main shopping centre is also close by with a wide selection of shops, eateries and a cinema.

Residents are also within walking distance of trendy bars, quaint pubs and well known restaurants, including Albert Roux, making these apartments ideal for interim housing for business visits or holiday.

Each of these self-catering apartments is individually decorated with modern and comfortable interiors and full kitchens.

Each of these contemporary apartments also has its own underground parking space, and guests will also enjoy the use of an integral fitness centre which includes a sauna, fitness pool and jacuzzi as well as a high tech gymnasium.

Guildford

Guildford is a bustling English town 30 miles south west of London, with a population of 67,000. It has an attractive High Street with numerous shops and department stores.

There is a small museum in the town centre and the University of Surrey is situated to the north west of the town centre, about ten minutes walk from Guildford main line train station which connects to London Waterloo. Guildford Cathedral is adjacent to the university's main campus and the Royal Surrey County Hospital is nearby.

Guildford offers a good selection of eateries from gastro pubs to gourmet restaurants as well as live music venues and nightclubs.
