These Birmingham serviced apartments are housed in a sympathetically redeveloped building in the city centre, originally built in the late nineteenth century and the birthplace of the pre-Raphaelite painter Edward Burne Jones.

The building still retains many of its original fixtures like marbled entrance hall, solid bronze fittings on the front door, ornate window trimmings and marble flooring on the landings.

The apartments are available as studios, one bedroom and two bedroom configurations. The studio apartments come with high ceilings. Located on Bennetts Hill, between New Street and Colmore Row, the apartments enjoy a location that is right in the centre of the commercial and business areas.

Head southeast on Elmdon Ln toward Coventry Road, turn left at Coventry Road and take the ramp to M42/M6/M1. At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto the M42 ramp to M6/London/M1, merge onto M42. At junction 7, exit toward M6 (N)/Birmingham (C & N). Merge onto M6 then at junction 6, exit toward A38(M). Merge onto Aston Expy/A5127 and continue to follow Aston Expressway. Continue onto Corporation Street, continue to follow A38.Take the exit toward W Bromwich/A41 and merge onto St Chad's Queensway. At St Chads Circus Queensway, take the 2nd exit onto Great Charles Street Queensway. Great Charles Street Queensway turns left and becomes Livery Street. Slight right at Colmore Row then turn right to stay on Colmore Row. Turn left at Waterloo Street, turn right at Bennetts Hill. The destination will be on the right.
