Medina Grand offers the convenience of independent serviced accommodation in Adelaide with the additional benefits of a twenty-four reception and on-site facilities.

These lovely self-catering apartments are situated in the city centre within the historic former Treasury building. The well located apartments are only a five minute walk from the business district, retail stores and major tourist attractions.

The Central Market is only a five minute stroll away whilst other attractions include Adelaide Botanic Gardens, Haighs Chocolate Visitor Centre, Adelaide Gaol site and museum as well as the ever popular A Taste of South Australia wine in Hyde Park.

The apartments are fully furnished with everything that you may require during an extended stay rental. Each apartment includes a separate work, dining and lounge areas, a full kitchen and broadband access. A number of facilities are available including an indoor swimming pool, gym, licensed restaurant and a landscaped garden courtyard with a fountain.

Adelaide

Named in honour of Queen Adelaide, the consort of King William IV, Adelaide in south Australia was founded in 1836 as the planned capital for the only freely-settled British province in Australia. Designed by Colonel William Light, his plan arranged Adelaide in a grid, with five squares in the inner City of Adelaide, and a ring of parks known as the Adelaide Parklands surrounding it. Adelaide has wide multi-lane roads, an easily-navigable grid layout and a beautiful green ring around the city centre.

Adelaide is the site of many government and financial institutions with most concentrated in the city centre along the cultural boulevard of North Terrace, King William Street. Adelaide is home to a large proportion of Australia's defence industries with 70% of Australian defence companies located there.

Like all Australians, the 1.1 million inhabitants are sports mad. A trip to the delightful Adelaide Oval just north of the central business district when the national team are in town for a game of cricket is a true cultural experience.

The airport is at West Beach, 8km from the city centre. The majority of the serviced apartments Adelaide has to offer are near transport links of some kind.
