Situated in Warwick, one of the oldest medieval towns in England, the private and luxurious apartments enjoy a location that has many historical buildings and places of interest nearby including Warwick Castle and the beautiful Collegiate Church of St Marys with its magnificent Beauchamp Chapel.

These modern self-catering apartments have a wide variety of specialist shops, cafes and restaurants within the vicinity whilst nearby Leamington Spa has modern shopping arenas set in buildings reminiscent of central London architecture.

Each two bedroom apartment features an open plan layout with a lounge that includes digital satellite TV, DVD player, Hi-Fi and workstation.

The fully furnished apartments also have a fully fitted kitchen with a host of integrated appliances as well as balconies that overlook Warwick Racecourse.

Warwick

The town of Warwick was founded on the banks of the River Avon in 914 AD and is located in the heart of England close to Stratford-upon-Avon, Royal Leamington Spa and Kenilworth. The closest cities are Coventry and Birmingham.

Warwick boasts many places of historical interest. Warwick Castle is one of the most dramatic and complete medieval castles in the country and Warwick town features many important examples of medieval architecture.

Each year Warwick hosts the internationally renowned Festival of Spoken Word and its famous Folk Festival with singers, dancers and street entertainers. There is also Warwick Racecourse, one of the leading flat and steeple chasing courses with a regular programme of 25 meetings throughout the year.

Warwick station has 3 trains per hour to Birmingham Snow Hill and London Marylebone, and some of there trains also stop at Warwick Parkway on the outskirts of the town. Birmingham International Airport is 20 minutes drive away by the M40 and M42 motorways.
