These Melbourne serviced apartments are in the centre of the city. There is a tram stop (Queen St/Collins St) just outside the building and the apartments are a 10 minute walk from Flinders Street railway station.

Guests can choose from studio apartments, one or two bedroom apartments or loft suites (larger one bedroom apartments over two floors). Studio apartments come with a kitchenette with a microwave but no hob or dishwasher; all the other apartments come with a kitchenette with a hob and a dishwasher. All the apartments have one bathroom.

Guests can make use of wired broadband (chargeable), cable television, a Hi-Fi system with an MP3 plug-in facility and a direct dial telephone.

On-site facilities include a business centre, meeting rooms and a secretarial service (all chargeable) and a fitness centre (free).

Founded by free-settlers in 1835, Melbourne was transformed from a small pastoral settlement situated around the Yarra River into a growing metropolis by the Victorian gold rush in the 1850s. By 1865, "Marvellous Melbourne" was Australia's most populous and important city. It served as the temporary national capital from the Federation of Australia in 1901 until the construction of Canberra in 1927.

The International Airport is located in Tullamarine which is north of the city. Other than taxis, the Skybus service is the only available public transport service to the airport direct from the Melbourne CBD, the trip taking approximately 20 minutes from Southern Cross Station.
