How do we rate?

This Belfast serviced apartment is in a modern development in the very centre of the city, a 10 minute walk from the main railway station. There are numerous shops, restaurants and bars in the immediate vicinity.

The two bedroom apartment comes with a fully equipped kitchen, a 50 inch flat screen television with Sky HD channels, a Sony Playstation 3, an iPod docking station and a DVD player. Guests can also make use of a direct dial telephone and complimentary wireless broadband.

The two bedroom apartment is serviced once weekly, and a shopping service is available for an extra charge. Guests will receive a complimentary welcome pack on arrival and guests can make use of an on-site restaurant and cafe.There is a fitness centre on-site which guests can use for GBP 20 per week.

There is free on-site parking available; guests who don’t use the parking facility will receive a deduction from their rates.

Belfast

Belfast is the capital of Northern Ireland with 280,000 inhabitants. Since the Good Friday Agreement in 1998, there has been major redevelopment in the city including Victoria Square, the Titanic Quarter and Laganside as well as the new Odyssey complex and the landmark Waterfront Hall.

The city itself is relatively car dependent by European standards but much of the lively city centre has now been pedestrianised. Be sure to seek out the ornately decorated Crown Liquor Saloon in Great Victoria Street, which is the only bar owned by the National Trust.

The city is served by two airports: Belfast International Airport is 21km north-west of the city while George Best Belfast City Airport by the city centre offers connections mainly with Great Britain. The busy port offers regular car ferries to Scotland and Liverpool.

Queen's University of Belfast is the main university in Belfast. The University of Ulster also maintains a campus in the city, which concentrates on fine art and design.
