For golf fans, the house is within 20 minutes drive of some of Dundee’s best golf clubs and the famous St Andrews Old Course is just a 30 minutes drive away.

The house comprises three double bedrooms (one with an en suite shower room), a fourth bedroom with a single bed, a family bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer and a comfortable sitting room with a large flat screen TV.

Dundee is the fourth-largest city in Scotland. It is on the north bank of the River Tay's estuary which feeds into the North Sea. The city lies close to Perth and the southern Highlands to the west. St Andrews and north east Fife are situated to the south, while the Sidlaw Hills, Angus Glens and the Glamis Castle are located to the north. A recent addition to Ninewells Hospital is the Frank Gehry designed Maggie's Centre building, officially opened by Sir Bob Geldof in 2007.
