Housed within the Thames Edge development, which sits beside the River Thames, Clarence Apartments offer one and two bedroom accommodation in Staines and are conveniently located for Heathrow Airport.

Nearby is the M25 motorway, and there are train services into central London from Staines Railway station which is a five minute walk away. Staines Shopping Centre is also close by and has numerous retailers, multi-screen cinema, bars and clubs.

The apartments are fully furnished and include a kitchen with all appliances, TV with Freeview and complimentary high-speed internet access.

Some of the apartments have balconies which overlook the river. The development is gated and secure with the inclusion of one free parking space per apartment.

Staines

Staines is a suburban development within the bounds of the M25 motorway, just south of Heathrow Airport. There has been a bridge across the River Thames here since Claudius led the Romans into Britain in 43 AD and they settled in Staines the same year.

Today, its proximity to London and Heathrow has attracted major offices for companies such as BUPA and LogicaCMG. Siemens Building Automation Division has their national headquarters here and the Samsung Electronics Research Institute is also based in Staines.

The compact town centre is focused on the pedestrianised High Street. A market is held in High Street every Wednesday and Saturday and it is one of the largest and busiest street markets in Surrey.

Nearby is the 500 acre Thorpe Park featuring several record-breaking roller coasters and thrill rides. It is open from mid-March to November.

Staines station serves Waterloo, Weybridge, Windsor and Eton Riverside and Reading.
