The Essex Street Apartment is part of the prestigious I-Land residential development which is located in the centre of Birmingham.

The building is designed around a private courtyard and is conveniently located for the Mailbox, Arcadian shopping centre, Birmingham Hippodrome, and the famous Bullring. New Street railway station is less than 15 minutes walk away.

This self-catering apartment situated on the seventh floor comprises a hallway leading to one double bedroom, a bathroom with bath and shower, a fully equipped kitchen, and a comfortable sitting room with floor to ceiling windows. Features include a 32" TV and Bose docking station in the sitting room, and complimentary wireless broadband. Guests will receive a welcome pack on arrival.

The apartments in the building are served by a 24 hour concierge desk and there is underground parking available.

NB. Check-in/out times flexible with prior arrangement. There is a Tesco Metro a short walk from the apartment.

Birmingham

Birmingham in the West Midlands is widely considered to be the UK's second city. Its reputation was forged as a powerhouse of the Industrial Revolution, which led to Birmingham being known as the ‘workshop of the world’ and the ‘city of a thousand trades’.

Although Birmingham grew to prominence as a manufacturing and engineering centre, today it is a major financial and administrative centre. The city's central business district has the largest concentration of administrative and private sector office-based employment in England outside Central London.

The city centre has undergone extensive regeneration in recent years, most notably at the Bullring shopping complex with its chic Selfridges department store. Pleasant daytime shopping is also available at Brindley Place, a canal side restoration project close to the city centre. Broad Street is the city's nightlife hub with a vast array of smart bars, gourmet restaurants and lively nightclubs.
