This selection of one and two bedroom serviced apartments in Southampton is situated within a Grade II listed building.

Guests enjoy the conveniences of nearby public transport connections, shops, cinemas, restaurants, clubs, bars and the marina.

Each self-catering apartment offers something slightly different by way of decor and configuration, but each includes a dining and lounge area, storage space, full kitchen facilities, a bath and shower, a double bedroom and high-speed broadband internet. The two bedroom apartments include a main bathroom as well as an en suite off one of the double bedrooms.

There is also the option of a two bedroom duplex apartment, with two double bedrooms and a third bedroom which can be used as an office or an occasional third single room. There are two bathrooms in the duplex apartment.

The development features a concierge service, secure entry access system and allocated parking for those with cars.

NB. A nearby gym is available for guests to use at preferential rates.

Southampton

Located on England's south coast, Southampton has been a major port since the 13th Century and was home to the RMS Titanic. The Maritime Museum in the Wool House features an exhibition on the ill-fated liner.

The main station in the city is Southampton Central with excellent links to London and other south coast towns and cities. Southampton Airport is located in the town of Eastleigh, just north of Southampton. It is connected to the city by a frequent rail service, and hosts flights to UK and some European destinations.

Southampton harbour is no longer used for car ferries to Europe, but remains the embarkation point for many cruise liners. Sailing is very popular, and Southampton Water has been the start and finish of the Round the World Yacht Race for 30 years.

The main retail facility is the West Quay Shopping Centre, which was the biggest city-centre shopping mall in Europe when it was opened.

The largest green space is Southampton Common which covers a larger area than Hyde Park in London and includes a Wildlife Centre, a swimming pool and several lakes and ponds.
