The Lucas Apartments are housed within the iconic Lucas Building located on Ormeau Avenue. This landmark building, a former Victorian factory, was completely renovated in 2001 to provide a number of stylish apartments and penthouses, all within a ten minute walk of the city centre.
The apartments are available with one or two double bedrooms; all apartments feature luxury bathrooms (2-bed apartments also have an en-suite bathroom to the master bedroom), fully-equipped kitchens with a range of integrated modern appliances, and stylish living areas with Italian leather sofas, 32 inch Flat Screen TVs and 85 digital TV channels. Some two bed apartments also benefit from a private balcony.
Guests will enjoy the use of complimentary broadband, free on-site parking, and an on-call concierge service. A welcome pack of basic groceries is provided on arrival.
