The Rotunda Apartments are housed within the iconic Rotunda building. This Grade II listed building was built in 1965 as an office block, and transformed into a stunning residential apartment building in 2008. The location couldn’t be better; five minutes walk from New Street Station, Selfridges on the corner and of course, the fantastic Bullring development right on the doorstep.
The style of the apartments reflects the building’s 60s origins while featuring the latest in product and design: Poggenpohl kitchens, bespoke NaughtOne furniture, Apple Mac entertainment systems, Bose ipod players and Gaggia coffee machines. All of the apartments feature floor-to-ceiling windows offering stunning views of the city and the Penthouse has a balcony running the length of the apartment.
NB. Extra apartment cleans can be arranged for £12 per day and are charged separately. Welcome Pack comprises organic milk, coffee, teas, hot chocolate, oil, vinegar and oranges for juicing.
