Set within a lovely Regency building, this beautifully restored Warwick serviced apartment provides self-catering accommodation midway between the historic towns of Warwick and Leamington Spa.

Both towns feature popular tourist attractions such as Warwick Castle and the Royal Pump Rooms, but also a selection of stylish bars, cafes and restaurants. Guests are less than an hour from Stratford upon Avon, Birmingham and Coventry via road or rail.

This one bedroom apartment combines modern furnishings and appliances with many of the buildings original features. The comfortably furnished apartment includes a spacious sitting room with French doors that lead onto a private communal garden. The fully equipped kitchen has a dishwasher and washer/dryer and the luxury bathroom includes both a bath and shower.

The apartment enjoys complimentary broadband access as well as on-site parking for one car. Check in-check-out are flexible so please advise at time of booking.

Warwick

The town of Warwick was founded on the banks of the River Avon in 914 AD and is located in the heart of England close to Stratford-upon-Avon, Royal Leamington Spa and Kenilworth. The closest cities are Coventry and Birmingham.

Warwick boasts many places of historical interest. Warwick Castle is one of the most dramatic and complete medieval castles in the country and Warwick town features many important examples of medieval architecture.

Each year Warwick hosts the internationally renowned Festival of Spoken Word and its famous Folk Festival with singers, dancers and street entertainers. There is also Warwick Racecourse, one of the leading flat and steeple chasing courses with a regular programme of 25 meetings throughout the year.

Warwick station has 3 trains per hour to Birmingham Snow Hill and London Marylebone, and some of there trains also stop at Warwick Parkway on the outskirts of the town. Birmingham International Airport is 20 minutes drive away by the M40 and M42 motorways.
