How do we rate?

The Post Box Apartments provide serviced accommodation within Birmingham city centre, just a few minutes walk from the New Street railway station and the shops, cafes and restaurants of two nearby shopping centres.

Housed within a fashionable waterside development, adjacent to The Mailbox shopping centre, these apartments are ideally located for those who require short-term corporate accommodation.

Each one and two bedroom apartment is comfortably furnished and stylishly decorated. They include a bathroom with both a bath and shower, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and washer/dryer and a comfortable sitting/dining. Some apartments also include a private balcony or terrace which are available to in-house guests only.

NB. Extra cleaning and shopping services can be arranged at an additional cost. Reception hours are 07.00-23.00.

Birmingham

Birmingham in the West Midlands is widely considered to be the UK's second city. Its reputation was forged as a powerhouse of the Industrial Revolution, which led to Birmingham being known as the ‘workshop of the world’ and the ‘city of a thousand trades’.

Although Birmingham grew to prominence as a manufacturing and engineering centre, today it is a major financial and administrative centre. The city's central business district has the largest concentration of administrative and private sector office-based employment in England outside Central London.

The city centre has undergone extensive regeneration in recent years, most notably at the Bullring shopping complex with its chic Selfridges department store. Pleasant daytime shopping is also available at Brindley Place, a canal side restoration project close to the city centre.
