Waterloo station is also the terminus for the Eurostar train to Paris.

With a large port and five international airports, London is a major international transport hub. Its main airport at Heathrow carries more international passengers than any other airport in the world.

The City of London is a geographically-small city within Greater London. The City of London is the historic core of London from which, along with Westminster, the modern conurbation grew. The City's boundaries have remained constant since the Middle Ages, and hence it is now only a tiny part of the larger London metropolis.

Because of its work force, the City has excellent Tube connections to all the major train stations and airports, The Barbican arts centre is located there and whist the social life is quiet, City borders the bustling West End with its theatres and fine dining.
