Joanna Cross
Principal Account ManagerJoanna is from Tumut, Australia. She gained a Bachelor of Design (BDes) from the University of New South Wales and then began working in Guest Services at the Four Seasons Hotel in Sydney. She left Australia for England in March 2005 where she worked for 18 months as a Reservations Manager for the Metropolitan Hotel, London.
Jo began working in Corporate Sales for SilverDoor in August 2006, was promoted in August 2007 to include Client Business Development to her role, and is now a Principal Account Manager.
Her main responsibilities include managing existing client accounts and developing business with new clients, pitching for contracts, putting together Serviced Apartment Programmes for some of SilverDoor’s largest accounts, and staff training.
Jo’s interests include stamp collecting, photography, skiing and travelling, and she recently took up gardening. She is fluent in English and Australian.
