Raimonda Kiausaite

Raimonda is from Klaipeda in Lithuania. She joined SilverDoor in November 2008 to take on the much needed role of Office/HR Manager as new departments were established and the number of staff grew!

She is responsible for all aspects of running the SilverDoor offices, from health and safety regulations to maintaining office facilities, as well as the many HR elements such as recruitment, staff attendance, holiday entitlements, staff reviews, training, and staff benefits, and she also tries to keep Marcus in check.

Rai has worked previously in HR for Marks and Spencer, and at Foxtons Estate Agency as a Senior Lettings Negotiator.

Rai enjoys travelling, dancing, seeing new bands and cooking, and she has a treasured collection of old family photographs, some as old as a hundred years.
