Marcus Angell

Marcus Angell is the Managing Director and founder of SilverDoor International Serviced Apartments.

Originally from Preston in Lancashire, Marcus ventured south in early 2000 after having completed an MSc in Building Heritage and Conservation and following a number of years working for his family's property businesses.

SilverDoor is the product of his early vision, passion and an unswerving belief that the company can maintain its position as the market-leading independent serviced apartment agent.

Marcus has responsibility for the long and short term business planning and growth strategies for the company and on a day to day basis for finance, the website, IT and administration. As overall company boss he is also well versed in the skills of negotiation, peacekeeping and discipline.

Marcus is married to Angie who works part-time at SilverDoor, and they have two young sons. Outside of work he lists his interests as "wine, women and song". He is only joking about one of them.
